Problem: "OE removed access to the following  unsafe attachment from your mail".

Click on "Tools" .... then "Options" to display the options screen.

 Now click on the "Security" tab at the top.

Remove the check-mark from the checkbox:
      "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could  potentially be a virus."

Now try the attachment again.
